| Celesto hired Luna's sister to kill the seers, and was planning on killing her when she was done his dirty work.
That explains the vision and why the knowledge she has of the situation is so limited.

| Well, I don't see why celesto would want to hire someone to kill other seers. He has no reason to want other seers dead, and he can just chaos them to death if he did want them dead.

Not with Dom around. If he started suddenly killing seers, Dom would go after him and kick his ass...again.
It's easier to get someone who Dom doesn't know, and can't track.

| I agree with MessiahForHire. Celesto has no grudge against the seers...
But he does have a grudge against Dominic Deegan...
Perhaps he sent Luna's sister to kill all the seers to grab Dominic's attention, knowing that when Dominic started taking an interest, he would no doubt be killed by this oracle hunter.
Of course, as we all know, Dominic was not killed... So who goes ahead and "punishes" Luna's sister for her beligerence?
