Okay, I get the point. I was more talking along the lines on how people thought he changed something just because people where complaining, and that he didn't have this section planed out from the beginning, and how todays comic, proves that he did have this planed out.

Not necessarily. He might have chosen to do this section in response to so many people complaining. Though I think spending a whole week on exposition is a bit much, I doubt its coincidental that almost all of Dominic's points covers a complaint made by someone on the forum during the arc i.e. Where'd Greg get the costume from, how come there are superheroes in the deeganverse, how'd Greg get his article in the paper etc etc.

That's just my theory though. You needn't have to agree, and it seems a lot of people prefer that there was an explanation rather then having none.

I bet something like this happened:

He planed out the story arc, and decided that Demonic would be in the background and he would explain everything at the end, and had a list of things to explain: "Demonic had a vision, Rachel made his costume. etc..." but after he read the forms as he was putting up the end he realized that there were a few more things that he had to explain and added them in. So some were coincidental and others where not.

Well, except for misspelling the protaganist's name, I think it's likely that David's correct that this was planned by Mookie, yet aided by all the bitching in the forums. Since all plot-holes were meant to be explained at the end of the arc, Mookie was able to cherry-pick any valid complaints off the forums and work out the answers (which were often also provided by other forumites).

*Blinks* Waitasec. WE GOT PLAYED! Mookie had us do all the heavy lifting for the plot!

Yeah, all this exposition is just dragging out if you read it day to day. If read in bulk, it's no annoyance at all. But, to echo Greg's optomism, at least it's building suspence for the next story arc.
