| I know I'm probably wrong, and my idea doesn't really make much sense, but could Greg be thinking that he might have an aquired resistance to magic until his powers come back?
Another theory might be to be just like Spark, being able to watch what's happening, while being largely unnoticed. |

| Actually, I took it as he realizes that he isn't obligated to fight, since no one will recognize him, and those that do know that he can't use his magic right now.
