Dominic freaking out would already be interesting to watch in terms of a well-known character having a nervous breakdown, but I never thought that it might actually have a second sight-related effect on other people too.

The absence of some kind of Colonel/General´s hat was a tad dissapointing at first.
But that last panel and the lines following it balanced it out.

And any excuse to see Spark again is fine by me, in fact you might as well let him run the strip for the remainder of the arc consider the poor screen time he has had.
