I'm sure a lot of people saw this one (or some variant of it) coming. Can't wait to see Dominic try to talk his way out of it — or get smashed by angry Milov, either way.

Of course, tomorrow's strip will probably switch over to Luna/Jayden, but one can always hope...

...for some reason I just love seeing Spellwolf-Milov pissed like that, the frown, the grimace, the yelling... love it, especially with a Dom who is about to soil his pants. Hope for him he's wearing brown.

I see Milov being infected by Siggy AIDS, like those other demons did to people in the War in Hell arc. He'll snap out of it, hopefully after he's snapped Dominic in half over his knee.

We should set up that betting pool over what permanent injury Dominic's going to get next. I think I'll put my odds on an arm or hand being next, but as others have suggested, I'm pretty sure that, as a seer, he's going to have to lose his eyes at some point.

...Unless Milov is entirely irrational at this point (debatable, as he is usually rather calm and in control of what he says), it would seem to indicate that he could DO something about Siggy being in hell.

And, I'm sorry to say you guys, that if Dominic says something like "Wait, you know a way to get Siggy out of hell!?!", I'm afraid there may be no arrogant seer beatings. Just a pissed off werewolf.

..In Dom's defense, Siggy's kinda getting what he deserves.

We talked this over a couple strips ago...between racism, arrogance, brutality, random excessively bloody beatings (including that of the crippled boy with his own walking stick), and now what may or may not be improper indiscretions with a priestess, Siggy kinda shafted himself with his own bastard sword.

And there've been 12 new moons between Sig's death and now..as Milov himself said, the dark of the moon is the best time for visions that tie in strongly with negative emotions, like loss. Milov couldn't be bothered to check on his best friend's soul over that whole period of time?

That said, I would probably react the same way in his paws. Dom has been a manipulative jerk lately, and he needs to be snapped out of it. It looks like that just might happen at long last.

All I can say now is fun fun fun. If Dom gets out of this with Milov unharmed, it will have to show some character development on Milovs part, or maybe even Dom's. Otherwise, one character or another is going to develop large blue and purple splotches at the very least.
