| That's rather retarded, seeing as the werewolf mentioned was the one who urged them to come in the first place, with utmost haste. There's nothing faster then relatively instant travel.
I think this law really kills most other laws in terms of stupidity. Laws like the two business thing might be the kingdom enforcing commercial control. The death when a knight is a compensation, most probably with the assumption that the knight failed in his charge to protect his hosts. Getting killed because you were needed urgently at the behest of a noble by teleporting to HIS land seems a bit ridiculous. It's like being fined for doing something legal just because everywhere else it's illegal.
Though I'm sure the care factor will dissipate by the next comic. It just seems more a forced plot point rather then any logical sense. |

| This law makes more sense than you're giving it credit for, metal. I may elaborate later. _________________ This signature is a line of text meant to signal you that the post you are reading has ended. Fine. I'll write smaller. Stop now. Go away.

| Perhaps the law should logically have a clause making an exception when a noble requires assistance; but the occurrence of a noble asking for help from someone outside of their own territory/pack let alone the entire Archipelago is probably so incredibly rare that the issue never came up. On another note...
Yarr!! This arc truly be settin' sail for awesome now that Swabby Spark is back! _________________ "I eat the talking bees because I'm George Washington Christ."-Junkie [Bob the Ball] Caption Contest Winner: #2 and #16 |

| Rhea: I'm not saying that people are allowed to randomly teleport to wherever they wish. That would be silly. I'm saying that they could set up a spot where people could teleport to safely, like say the Academy. It should be at least neutral grounds, which allows for a diversity of students. And you'd imagine that it'd be a safe place from spellwolves and werewolves, if it's not their territory.
Though to be fair, I'm imagining the academy to be in the same vein as Quirell's. It might just be a cave with a sign on top. |
