It has some subtle Christian references in there if you caught them.(though I didn't watch the entire thing, mainly 'cuz I don't want to wait for my internet to load something, especially something creepy and Christian)
First off, the kid with red curly hair is the one who leads them into "Satan's" realm, for those of you who didn't know, anyone with curly hair was considered a follower of Satan, or something like that, in the old days. And this one bugged me, when they said what their favorite fruit was, the girl said apples. You know, Eve, right? It all may be entirely coincidental, but two coincidences is pushing it in my opinion. Like I said, I didn't watch the whole thing, so there may have been more references, but it was still pretty weird.
