Abruptly, a Khajiit appears. Well, not so much appears as falls through a portal and crashes to the ground in a heap. He's unphased, however, and immediately springs to his feet. "Hello? Oh Sheogorath, come out come out wherever you are..." He strides purposely over to Sion, grinning from ear to ear, and points a finger at the human's nose. "There you are, I've found you! Clever disguise, but not clever enough, hehehehe... My turn to be-" he looks around, suddenly noticing the carnage around him. "Oh, a new game?" he asks, slightly put out. Well, I'm not too fond of, you know, blood and guts and stuff, that's Gro-Barak's specialty. If he's not too busy governing Dementia, you might try asking him. Or, maybe I could share my knowledge with some of them... Ahem."

He turns to one of the fire-suited humans, cocks his head, and asks, "Do you know why I'm so smart? No, it's not my suit - though that does make me look smart, certainly. Nor am I injured, so nothing on me smarts. I'm smart because of Wabbajack. Wabbajack wabbajack wabbajack. I'm smart because I know a word can be a curd can be a bird can be a bat. And that a louse can be a house can be a mouse can be a rat. Wabbajack, Wabbajack, WABBAJACK!"

*poof!*

*turns enemy into a rat*

The Adversary was dead, true, but he'd never let little things like that stop him before. His etheral being looked at his body sadly. It had served him well for more than fifty years. It was a shame to let it go...

But why did he have to?

It was the easiest thing in the world for him to possess his corpse. It stood slowly, jerkily. It was no longer alive, but it would do as a host for now.

Sion stared dumbfoundedly at the creature that had just poked him in the face. He'd never seen something like it, and it had called him an odd name - Shee-oh-guh-something, his brain had lost the rest of it. He quickly pocketed the shiny metal ball he'd been examining, and stared as the thing turned one of the dead men into a rat. A transmuter, but slightly cracked, he observed, shaking his head a bit.

He then looked over at the armored monolith who had taken the brunt of the damage. The Adversary was shaky, but standing. Sion turned in his direction and took a careful step towards the Goliath of a man. "Hey, you okay in there? Maybe we can get one of these healer-types to have a look at you..."

The Adversary turned to the man who was speaking. He shook his head slowly.

"Healing will not help me at this point. I am... Dead."

The Adversary recovered his arm. He held it towards Sion. "Can you put this back on my armor for me?"

Derek then opens the box that was left from the total devestation. A shred of paper.

"TEDP Opera-" he reads.

“Oh? A dead man alive?” Jahr asks curiously. “My, how delightfully contradictory! For, if he is alive, he cannot be dead, and if he were dead he would not be alive. Might you be a Necromancer? Oh, don’t worry, some of my best friends are Necromancers - well, the ones that don’t try to kill me, anyway. Welcome back to the land of the living, undecided one!” The Khajiit strides over and shakes the man’s de-attached arm energetically.

When Jahr finished his vibrant tirade, Sion went about the task of welding the arm back onto the armor from which it had been severed. Thin arcs of blue light spread from his fingers, dancing across the surface of the metal and pulling it into place, shaping it, melding it, fusing it, forming the twisting joints and overlapping plates that would allow it movement, then stopped and took a step back to examine his handiwork. "How's that then? Everything in place?"

He was kind of surprised to find himself so calm. He'd never met a Necromancer before, much less an Undead, and he couldn't tell if the Adversary was both, although he was pretty confident he was now the latter. "Well, at the very least I can keep you patched up," he offered in a consolatory manner.

He flexed the arm. It moved easily, but he couldn't feel it. He couldn't feel anything. He wasn't breathing, his heart wasn't pumping, he was a dead man walking. Dead at fifty seven. He shrugged mentally. He had lived far longer than most.

He turned to Derek. "Where are we, boy."

I like your new character, Maulkin. A man of the mind is a quite interesting fellow, no matter how deranged.

Ash came to listen to Jack and Adversary conversing, abd contemplated for a moment. "A large, red, and liquidy object? Lets see if I can describe it to myself in more detail" Ash took a peek into the portal Derek looked into. Ash un-peeked. "Well, it's apparently a... (Finish it for me with some more detail due to Ash's studies, O Dungeon Master.)"

Elizabeth shielded her eyes from the blinding light, and saw the orb in place of PhoenImm, and instinctively knew he was allright, but just sleeping. Elizabeth picked up the PhoenImm Egg, and carried it out to the area the rest were talking.
