Phoenix Wright RP Game - CASE TWO - Judging Jury

If you don't understand the title, go read my character's name. Best pun evar! I added a picture of Jury, who looks exactly like Franziska von Karma from the game.

Anyway, so if you're interested in joining, please, post in the RP Discussion Thread instead of here. We really could use more people... >.<. If you need help with posting, it's ok to PM me first. Don't fell like you have to have played the game to join.

Here's the background of the second case!

Mrs. Jury has been a judge for a long time. It was always her dream to be at the forefront of justice. That is why everyone was surprised when she was arrested for murder. However, the evidence against her it substantial. Her whip was found at the scene of the crime, with the victims blood on it. There are no finger prints on it, but then again, Ann always wears gloves. The other factor is the murder happened in the Judge's chamber, which only the judge should have access to. Thirdly, a court security guard saw someone with blue hair leave the court house about one hour after the time of death on the autopsy report. Not very many people have blue hair, so that puts Ann in a bind. The victim is non other than the court stenographer, who diligently recorded the court proceedings until recently. Any sort of motive or other facts surrounding the case are as of yet unknown, as the investigation is still ongoing.

The defense attorney takes the case though, because he has know Ann for a long time and cannot see her capable of such a crime. As there is a shortage of judges, she will have to also preside over the case. Even though it is her own fate on the line, she has vowed to uphold her usual lack of bias and give as fair a procedure as possible. There another judge watching over the trial from afar, and he will be called in if things get too hectic. He's an old friend of Jury's though, so it might not be the best of situations either.

In any case (haha), let's get this started.

*Bangs Gavel*

"Welcome to the court room. Today we have an unusual case. I will do my best to remain unbiased as it it me who is on trial. I am assuming both the defense and prosocution are ready. First, as always, we need to hear from the investigator. Let's see what further information he has for us on this case. Please testify with your evidence Arthur Calson."

Arthur Calson walks into the room and takes the stand.

Witness Testimony:

*I found the victim's corpse up here at the stand. A trail of blood led to the Judge's chamber.
*Beside him was a bloody whip, and a few blue hairs.
*After analysing the hairs, it was proven that they were not real hair and probably from a wig.
*Found near the body was a receipt from HairMasters, the local hair care supply store.
*Assorted skin fragments found on the whip matched skin fragments found at the bench, which matched Jury's skin.

"Now, before I present the evidence, I would like to see Jury attempt to tear her hair out. This should help prove whether Jury is innocent or guilty."

Arthur Calson presents a piece of evidence, the whip.
The whip is a weapon. It is Jury's whip. It has blood that matches the trail to the judge's chamber.

"As you can see, there is blood on this whip. This is Jury's whip, and the blood on it is the victim's blood."

Arthur Calson presents a piece of evidence: the reciept.
The reciept is a document that shows that someone by the name of Lucy Parker bought a blue wig from HairMasters on the 14th of January, 2008.

"Someone, find Lucy Parker. Now."

Arthur Calson presents another piece of evidence: analysis reports. These reports are a document that shows that the skin fragments match and the blue hair from the crime scene is fake.

Arthur Calson presents yet another piece of evidence: the autopsy report, a document. The report shows that the victim, Carlos Ericson, died of a damaged heart. It was hard to find a cause, though, with the abundance of major injuries. Time of death is unknown.

Both defense and prosecution stands were empty. There was a hush over the room. Suddenly a very nervous man burst in. He was covered in sweat and was gasping frantically for air. He looked like he had just run a marathon. The adjusted his scraggly tie and pushed back his tassled black hair.
"Uh....Sorry I'm late. My alarm didn't go off, my car broke down, and I spilled my coffee in my lap."

The man took his place at the defense stand.

"So, what'd I miss?" he asked nervously, shuffling through his papers.

"A lot sir. I, the judge, am your client today. Please, review over the court proceeding, which the newly employed Knot Culpable will hand you a copy of. You're supposed to be cross examining the investigator's testimony now."

*Jury thinks to herself "Oh no, I'm done for. I didn't even do anything wrong but with this guys as my lawyer, I'd have to be a saint to not get thrown in jail. I really hope my first impression is wrong..."*
