Phoenix Wright RP Game - CASE TWO - Judging Jury

"Well, investigator, I believe we have all the information we need from you. Please go conduct a further investigation. I will try contacting you once we are done with the next witness to see if you have made any progress. Who is the next witness you would like to call to the stand? I will allow either the defense or the prosecution to call the next witness. The current available witness are:"

1. The security guard who saw someone with blue hair exiting the court house late at night on the day of the murder, when the court house was supposed to be closed. (It was some federal holiday I suppose)

2. The Judge herself. (You can always call her to the stand again later if you wish to.)

((Lucy Parker and Frederic Boldo will be available as witnesses once the investigator "finds" them. This means, the next time Arthur Calson shows up. I will be giving the trial a break after the next witness for the "investigation" purposes, so it will look like I gave the investigator time to actually investigate. Lucy Parker will be played by me, probably with Agent Smith's account.))

Alexander Hayes came in to the room, dressed in his usual uniform, he looked apparently normal, and he got into the stand without wasting time, and began making his pledge.

Of course, right where should i srtart? ah yeah:

1. During the night of the President´s day i had my shift in the late hours of the night, so i was patroling outside the courthouse, mainly there because no one was supossed to be inside.
2. I was annoyed frankly, no one else had to work that day but me, and it had been a long time since they had gave me any kind of vacation.
3. Anyway, during one of my passes to the front part, i saw a figure in a dark trench coat coming out of the building.
4. I did not get a look at the face, but i did caught a glimpse of light blue hair, since the only person i know with that color of hair is the judge, i assumed right away that it was her.
5. I thought maybe she had forgotten something inside the courthouse, so i didnt think it was necessary to call her out or anything.
6. Since I thought that was the case, i did not think it was necessary to get inside the courthouse to check, it was only a few hours later when i found out someone had been murdered inside.

"Not that you were aware of? Did you leave your post at anytime before or after Ms. Jury left the building?"

Well... no... but i did not remain in the front part all the time sir, i patroled the entire perimeter.

*Fantabulous: I really have no idea what this could mean, maybe a combo of fantastic and fabulous, but it could be something else.

"Well, what on earth is the prosecution's theory?"

"Alex, does it really take very long to circle the court house? What is the likelihood someone else went inside that you didn't see...?"

*Cough*

"Right, sorry I know I'm not supposed to ask questions. Does the defense have further questions about the testimony, want to hear more testimony, or are we done with this witness?"
