he then changes to the second photo

"and here the motive becomes obvious. Brian turned down Teds advances, however Ted wouldn't stop ... so Brian in a fit of rage murdered him."

Kaen stops and thinks about it for a second

"Unless the defense can provide evidence to prove otherwise, I think we can safely add "hate crime" to the list of charges agents him."

How do we know Brian wasn't willing with Ted?

"Well that's easy enough to demonstrate."
Kaen moved over to the defense stand and pinched his nose, after a few seconds while Vogel had to open his mouth to breath, Kaen moved forward and kisses his lips.

After a few seconds, certainly long enough to catch a picture of this, Kaen let go and walked back to his own stand. Leaving behind a very blushed defense attorney.

"Any other objections?" Kaen asked with a smirk, picking up and sipping at the crystal glass he brings with him to court.
