The prosecution would like to accept the evidence into the court record, and also call upon our first witness - assuming of course Van Gard is quite done bickering with the poor detective over meaningless details.

"I don't know what courtroom you're looking at, but bickering is the one thing we havn't been doing. Not to mention, no detail is meaningless in the courtroom.

I'll kindly ask you to stop trying to warp our perception of what is actually going on with carefully placed words...

"You may step down Investigator Calson. will the prosecution please call the next person to the stand?"

(A man that has a tennis racket strapped to is back with a shirt that says "I <3 TENNIS!" approaches the witness stand. He's constantly throwing a tennis ball up and down with his left hand. He talks insanely fast when he's excited.)

Hi I was told there might be tennis here! I heard Brian died, it's such a shame. Did you know that he was the first player to win the Wind-Bull-Tan 3 times in a row? It made Ted so angry! Ted is now at 2 I think. Now he's wanted for murder? I guess you never can judge people till you know them.

"That information is irrelevant... Hrm, will you please give us your testimony? Please talk about what you've seen. Lets start with what you know about the victim and defendant"

Witness Testimony

1. Well, I've attended every match Brian and Ted have ever played.
2. ((Gushes Visibly, throwing the tennis ball up and down faster)) I'm probably their biggest fan!
3. Although they are friends, they had a special rivalry that made watching any match they played enchanting. Even though they sometimes argued, you could tell they respected each other.
4. There were some rumors that the rivals were more than friends. They don't call the first score "love" for nothing!
5. I never saw the men get into a physical argument, they would just train harder to beat the other the next time!
6. I have two pictures of those two that I cherish the most...

(Judge bangs gavel)
