| Okay, seeing as everyone else has posted about their abilities and such, i think its time you chumps know more about assasins and what Liam can mostly do:
1337 ASSASSIN´s GUIDE FOR DUMMIES
First of, Liam is not originary from those assian warrior lands in where he trained, dont ask where he comes from originally tough, he wont tell. What you do need to know is that he arrived there in an early age, and since young he was trained to be an assassin, tough he later recieved training from a rogue master to teach him about swordplay.
Thanks to his training as an assasin, Liam has gained a very high treshold of pain, also, he was trained to resist poisons, so he is basically inmune to most of them. about abilities, he was trained to move swiftly and silently, with enough shadow and a bit of a diversion, he can sneak past anybody without making a sound, he was also trained to have better reflexes and jump greater distances than most normal men, his rough training made him get a high stamina and endurance overall.
After some missunderstandings with the head of the school, liam left, but was taken care by a rogue assasin from that same school, that man was very knowledgeable in sword fighting, something they dont usually teach you in an assassin school, because they tend to work more with poisons and daggers, so, after that Liam was trained to fight first with one sword, and when he showed even more potential, his master taught him to train with two swords, and large ones too, so that build him to be even more strong and to be able to swing his tachis with great speed regardless of their weigth and lenght.
At some point, he managed to get his hands on his usually seen coat, something many ignore about this apparently common coat is that is enchanted, the enchantment in it its constant and gives Liam good magical protection, it does not ward off spells entirely, but it does deflect some energy so that Liam can endure a full frontal basic fireball without being roasted entirely.
Last thing about Liam; he has some basic knowledge in some alteration and enchantment spells, but for one, he tries not to use them or show them, and secondly, he currently lack the items with the focus needed to use these abilities.
EDIT 1: About poisons:
Liam tries to keep this part of his training as secret as possible, but he, as most skilled assasins, is an expert in poisons, how to make them, and apply them, he however doesnt use the ones you slip in a drink, that is not his style, instead, most of the poisons he uses are for aplication in his blades, or daggers, he knows how to make a range of poisons, with effects varying from paralisis, drowzyness, magic sappers, to even lethal ones, but should be noted, these lethal poisons are usefull for an specific race, and liam so far only knows how to make human killing ones, the non-lethal can affect most other races however.
You might ask, why hasnt he used some yet? simple answer, he ran out of ingredients some missions before, that is why, also, note that when he does carry poisons, he hides them in little satchels that he then stores in his coat, he usually needs several seconds in order to get the satchel out and infuse the blade with it. _________________ Hell Hath no fury like a woman you really shouldn't have slept with.

| Water Nymph Tutorial
Water nymphs, also known as Naiads (rhymes with Dryad), come from the Greek mythology tradition. They are regarded almost as water godesses, as they are all connected to a river, lake, spring, or other form of water. As with Dryads, if you hurt the water that the nymph comes from, you hurt the nymph as well.
In this RP, Naiads have a specific bonding rite that they must go through with in order to have their patch of sea to call their own. It requires their blood being mixed in with the liquid, along with a chant or two. Once bonded, the bond cannot be broken under any circumstances. Naiads are unable to travel far from their designated home, which limits their capabilities for travel. Also, the water becomes like the blood of the Naiad - if you poison her water source, it is as if you have poured the poison into her veins.
Rogue Naiads exist, however. A Naiad who has not bonded herself to any form of water must simply consume vast, inhuman amounts of water in order to stay alive, usually about half their mass in water every day to make up for their not being surrounded by water at all times. This allows for a broader amount of travel, though if they do not drink as much water as they need to each day, they will die.
When bonded, Naiads can utilize water to fight. For example, Naiads are capable of holding a pocket of water around someone's head until they drown. Or perhaps they can fashion the water into a whip of sorts. They cannot control the temperature of the water, nor can they do anything with water when it is frozen. They also cannot gather together water droplets in the air. However, if the liquid is diluted with any water (say that there is lemonade or something...), then a Naiad could use the entirety of the liquid in a fight.
Naiads, however, have been known to bond to other liquids when water was not available. There have been recorded incidents of Naiads bonding iwth human blood and becoming rather vampiric. Bonding with alcoholic substances is also possible. This means that either the Naiad would have to surround herself with the substance she was bonded to OR she would have to consume as much of it daily as most Naiads would have to do with water. So, for instance, Jamie has to drink half of her body mass in booze every day to keep from dying. Also, you do anything to her bonded vodka, like dump poison in it, and she will be poisoned as well.
Likewise, Jamie is able to fight using alcohol - this more distilled it is, the stronger she is able to fight with it. However, if any substance has booze in it, like if someone were to spill a bottle of rum into a lake, Jamie would be able to use that, albeit weakly.
Jamie also has a special ability because of the nature of her bonding. There is enough alcohol in her system that, if she held a match up to her mouth and breathed, she would become a living blowtorch. She does not do this often, however, because this also means that she is exceedingly combustable. She does not burn when fire touches her skin; rather, she would explode and take out everyone around her. So do not try it, for the love of God. You will be sorry you did. _________________ "You may need to metaphorically make a deal with the devil. | Gilgamesh:
Pic:
Yes boys blatent idea stealing is a new fashion these days.
What is Gilgamesh?
Well, Gilgamesh is metal made of biological material that is very mysterious, and it is not known how James aquired it.
Basically, these are metal gauntlets you place over your hands, and the bio-metal reacts and shapes to the contour and size of your hands and feet perfectly.
There’s also boots you place on, and knee caps and elbow caps and a face mask and a small jet pack like thing on the back (again, see pic for reference)
Attached to the ankles and wrists are things called jet gyros, though they only pop out when the mental command is given. (for the hands, see pic for reference, on dante’s left hand, and for the feet, they are a bit hard to see, use your imagination)
How do they work?
The user uses his/her own internal magic, and channels some to the gyro. The gyro stores it, and starts to glow. Inside the gyro, mechanics start to spin faster and faster, but contains the energy. When a good amount is stored, the gyro is glowing red and steam starts to escape from the gyro.
Then, with a mental or verbal cue, the gyro releases the energy, all at once, or in a stream, in whatever direction the user wants. This allows the user to attack with greater force than possible. Also, the metal protects the user from being hurt by the attack itself, since such a force increase would crush your own hands and feet. Also, the metal is magically IMMUNE.
Differences between the gauntlets, the feet, and the back gyros:
Gauntlets are normal Feet have the rotating pinwheels of sharp metal on them (see pic for ref), and these can appear or ‘melt’ back into the feet metal if the person doesn’t want them out. Also, they can be mentally turned on to spin, causing more damage.
And then the back gyro. On the back, these gyros do the same thing as the feet and hands. BUT! It should be noted it can use energy more efficiently, so it doesn’t use as much energy as the hands and feet to use.
For aru, the back piece is important in that it gives him much stronger arial capabilities for flight battles. It allows him to give him boosts of speed, or quick arial aversions.
Now, when one dons the armor, there’s a slight problem: you can’t take it off.
Yep, the one who wears it will die with it.
Though, there is a way of normally living with Gilgamesh.
Gilgamesh is a bio-metal, and can move like water almost on the user’s body. This gives the users more abilities with Gilga, though those aren’t a concern till later. With a key word, the user can have all the bio metal go to ‘Set’ position, meaning all the bio metal flows up and to the back piece and to the chest, forming a biometal ‘shirt’ almost. The other form is the normal battle form that you see in the referenced picture.
The words are “Sleep” and “Awake”. This is while concentrating on Gilgamesh itself.
((And yes, I know I'm behind on the magic shit, EXAMS SUCK)) _________________

| MAGIC SHIT
Mysticism "The art of manipulating, altering, or acutely observing, the magics of time and/or space."
Examples include: Telekineses, Time Magic, Seer Capabilities.
Specific example for now:
"Ghost Hand"
James loves this technique, in fact, James excelled in three schools of Magic. One was Destruction, one was Enchantments, and the other Mysticism. (Though, being that he's been training in magic his whole life, and given he was almost considered a genius in some regards, he's either an Expert or higher for Alteration, Restoration, Illusion, and other classes of magic. Though James doesn't know shit about Alchemy or Chemistry. They pretty much let him stop taking those classes after the third room classroom that was destroyed).
So... back to Ghost Hand.
Ghost Hand is basically telekineses being visibly seen. What happens is that James sends out a 'hand' and 'arm' of magic, that sort of hardens so it can effect stuff physically. The form of this magic takes looks white, translucent, and a little smokish, hence the name: Ghost Hand.
James can grab stuff gently with this hand, or punch down a door with it.
Telekineses allows an individual to replace physical strength with magical strength. Sure, James isn't lifting that 500 lb crate with his actual hands anytime this century, but James can using his 'Ghost Hands'.
Novices: Can only sprout one 'Ghost Hand', and that hand has to mimick one of their real ones. Adept: Can sprout two of them, from his arms themselves, and they still have to mimic his actual arms Expert: Things get interesting here. The arms can now sprout from any point of his body, don't have to mimic an arm or hand, and now form more than two 'arms'. Likely to be less than 7. Master: Creepy. More than 10 arms at once, and all independent of each other.
It should be noted that, these 'Ghost' things don't have to be arms at around Expert level. James can form other things with telekinetic powers, and can create physical sheilds of magic with Mystic powers, and other things with it.
((Expect to see more of 'Mystic' stuff soon. Very fun stuff.))
EDIT:
Time Magic and Seer Magic is very estranged to use. Seer Magic is abused and full of novices claiming they can "SEE THE FUTURE", but Masters are capable of very strange things. And Time Mages even more rare. EXTREMELY Rare magic in messing with Time shit. _________________

| Because I had BF and Marsco making me feel guilty and possibly feeling Mary-Suish, I’ve decided to scale everyone magically (that uses it)
James Draegun
Destruction-Master Illusion-Adept Alteration-Adept Restoration-Adept Mysticism-Expert Enchantments-Master Weapons-NONE. ZIP. ZILCH. NADA. (Cursed. Couldn’t use a butter knife to kill a frog) Unarmed-Adept-Expert (in skill, is not nearly as strong as other guys) Conjuration-? (Er…..forgot about this guys….but. I think sel can be good at it to make her’s different from mine)
End result: Strongest one Magically. Isn’t no battlemage at all. His ‘Ghost Hands’ could help in close combat, but he won’t last long without some help. As a support character, he’s devasting. With protection and time, can crush small battle groups like flies. With more time and orbs, is capable of cosmological spells. Does better with stronger allies that he works well with.
Selina Something (sue me I’m rushing this post)
Destruction-Expert-Master (for her entire char, she has more theory than me. Or at least the common sense to go “No, don’t test the phase-bombs in Zero’s room”) Illusion-Adept (maybe become an Expert, you were a thief, and Illusion is a thief thing) Alteration-Adept Restoration-Adept-Expertish (better than me?) Mysticism-Adept Enchantments-Master (more theory than application) Weapons-Expert (knives) Adept (with short swords after Liam’s training) Unarmed-Adept (when drunk) Conjuration-? (again, better than me, if at all. Conjuration is , well, conjuring things. Maybe weapons, armor, ghost spirits to help fight, etc)
End result: Has common sense and lots of theory, and is sometimes more book-heavy than James, has a better eye for magical things, but is good on the up close battlefield, due to weapon training and quick spells. Is CAPABLE of cosmological spells, but as much as James.
Ash Something (again, double sue me fuckers)
Destruction-? Illusion-? Alteration-Master Resoration-Adept-Expert (well he heals people doesn’t he?) Mysticism-? Enchantments-? Weapons-Adept (with scapel) Unarmed-Thinks hes a Master (joking), but as far as I’ve seen, a Novice Conjuration-?
End result: Lover and fighter. His restoration and alteration forms makes him a good up close and strange fighter. He isn’t beating anyone in pure magic or pure strength though. Assistance fighter.
Aru
Destruction-Novice (for now, later adept) Illusion-Novice Alteration-Adept (specific though) Restoration-Novice (if at all) Mysticism-? Enchantments-? Weapons-None. Zilch. Unarmed-Adept now, later master (with Gilgamesh training, and he’s already ungodly strong in body) Conjuration-?
End result: FUCKING TANK. Guy takes as much damage as liam, and can dish out more. Though slower, he hits hard already, and is the feral fighter. But with gilga training, could crush through castle walls with gilga easily. Since he’s magically resistant from dragon/dryad blood, and Gilga parts are immune, hes a strong up close character, poor range fighter. He is also the only one with flight capabilities (outside of doog’s short flights) due to wings and gilga’s jet pack. Nature magic and Alchemy comes in later, but will assist him in not being overrun by many quick chars or just plain mobs that could gang up on him.
Liam
Destruction-None (technically he’ll be Adept later) Illusion-None (later Adept) Restoration-None Alteration- (somewhat Adept later) Mysticism-None Enchantments-None Weapons-Master (tachis) Unarmed-Adept-Expertish (strong and has great endurance) Conjuration-None
End result: TRAINED KILLER. He’s the ‘rogue’ of our group, in so many ways. As of now, could beat anyone in no-magic rules (except zero, since smoke aint magic), easily, even aru right now. Deals more damage per second than aru, but is not as strong. Has range from swords and speed on his side. Later, becomes a match even moreseo against magical characters and larger groups, though its outside help of enchantments, he’s capped physically as a normal man can get.
‘Doog’
Awesome-Master
End result:
What?
Anyhow, I don’t think anyone else has any magic on the boat. The closest is Jamie, but her thing is like Faceless. So not the same as magic.
Editing may be put in. Discuss.
(might just give end result things for all fighting chars) _________________

| Quick review with edits.
Destruction-Expert-Master (for her entire char, she has more theory than me. Or at least the common sense to go “No, don’t test the phase-bombs in Zero’s room”) Illusion-Definitely Expert (maybe become an Expert, you were a thief, and Illusion is a thief thing) Alteration-Adept Restoration-Adept (better than me?)(nope, barely capable) Mysticism-Novice (never studied it. whe uses destruction and alteration to make barriers when needed instead) Enchantments-Master (more theory than application)(no, There has been application, and she's very thorough. she spends months at a time on a single enchant) Weapons-Expert (knives) Adept (with short swords after Liam’s training) Unarmed-Adept (when drunk) Conjuration-Adept (master later. This form of magic, basically summoning, it fairly rare since it's intracate and requires "contracts" with the summon, which are hard to get, and require a certain elequence and panache to convince a summon to agree to be bound. Weaker creatures can be forced. Possible to bind creatures into weapons, but not suggested. It pisses them off.)
Subject to review. tell me what you think.
End result: Has common sense and lots of theory, and is sometimes more book-heavy than James, has a better eye for magical things, but is good on the up close battlefield, due to weapon training and quick spells. Is CAPABLE of cosmological spells, but as much as James. _________________

| I am posting about Zero's backstory here. It will be divided into chapters. CHAPTER ONE A Young Boy's Curse Zero belonged to the richest family in Degulley. A city that was full of nobles of all ethnicities. Zero was the only son of the del Mondo family. Back then, he was known as Winston del Mondo, and he was only a child of seven when he discovered the cursed fruit. He often played outside with the other children and tried desperately to be accepted by them. Winston had a richer family, thus, the he was often outcast by the others. They would play in the park, near the old fruit tree that never beared any fruit. One day, the kids found something odd. It was a fruit. A fruit that had grown overnight on one of the tree branches. The kids threw rocks at it till it fell from it's branch and landed by their feet. The kids stared at it. It was like no fruit they had ever seen. It was a light orange color, and had spirals on it. The kids didn't know what to make of it. As if on cue, Winston came running up to them. They had made him look for golden trout in the park's creek. Even though he knew there was no golden trout, he searched adamantly, determined to win their friendship. "I'm pretty sure I won't find any golden trout in that creek, guys." Winston said, out of breath. "Then you're not looking hard enough!" shouted the lead kid. He wore a wool cap that covered a good portion of his head due to it's large size. Suddenly, the lead kid, Clarence, got an idea. He looked at the fruit and back at Winston. "Alright goldilocks," he was making fun of Winston's blonde curly hair, which often made him the butt of many jokes since he was the only one around with blonde hair. "If you want to be in our gang, you gotta eat this apple that fell outta the tree." Winston looked at the fruit and grimaced. "It doesn't look like an apple." "Well it is! It's a special apple! Grows only once every hundred years! And you gotta eat it!" Clarence said, shoving a dirty, pudgy finger in Winston's face. "Core and all!" Winston looked back at the fruit. "I don't know...what if it's poisonous?" "Well, there's only one way to find out, right?" Winston took a step back. "I'm not too sure about this." All the kids began to jeer at him. "Come on, it's only an apple!" "You can do it!" "Just get it over with, you sissy!" Winston scanned the crowd of kids yelling at him. As he looked at each young, pudgy face, he began to question why he wanted to hang out with a group of miscreants like them. Eventually, Winston's eyes fell on Delilah. Delilah was the prettiest girl he had ever met; and his only reason for trying to hang out with the other kids was so he could be closer to her. Winston had a big crush on Delilah. He fantasized about marrying her and raising a family. Winston would do anything for Delilah. He looked back at Clarence, who was crossing his fat arms and scowling. Winston smiled and said; "Alright! I'll do it!" The kids cheered and Winston picked up the fruit. He began devouring it voraciously, pausing only to chew the large chunks of fruit. It tasted rubbery, and salty. Winston had never tasted anything like it. Winston ate the outer layer of the fruit and left only the core. Clarence glared at him. Winston had almost forgot about eating the core as well. He gnawed on it for a while, to see if he could actually eat it. It was incredibly chewy and soft, and in no time, was deoured with the rest of the fruit. He even ate the leaves. Winston sat on the ground and clutched his belly. He felt sick. The kids cheered and threw up their hands and gathered around Winston. They patted him on the back and shouted "Good job!" as they shook his hand. Delilah even kissed him on the cheek. Winston turned red. Clarence walked up to him, and pushed all the other kids out of the way. Clarence grabbed Winston's hand and pulled him up. The two glared at each other for a while before Clarence clapped him on the shoulder. "Well done. Anyone who eats a Devil Fruit and lives is okay in my book. You're part of our gang now!" Winston looked surprised. "Devil Fruit?" Clarence laughed. Apparently, he knew what the fruit was all along. "Yeah, ain't you heard the stories? This here's a Devil Fruit tree. It only grows a fruit every one hundred years. Anyone who eats the fruit is cursed, or at least that's what my folks tell me." The kids began adding in their own stories. "They say you will never swim again. You'll sink like a stone if you tried to." "They say you become the Devil's child, and people will shun you." "They say a group of people in hoods and cloaks will come to take you away." Clarence shoved them away. "Alright, aright! Stop scaring him! He ate it and nothing happened to him obviously, right?" But Clarence was wrong. As he said this, smoke started to billow out of Winston's ears. When the kids saw it, they gasped, then laughed. They continued laughing at him until Winston's arms and legs burst into a cloud of smoke. The kids screamed. Winston screamed too. He flailed his arms and legs to see if they were still attached. When he did, the smoke moved along with him. It swooped out over the kids and they screamed even louder. Suddenly, Winston's face collapsed into smoke. All that stood before the kids was a cloud of smoke that was once Winston. The kids turned tail and ran. Winston shouted after them. "Wait, don't go!!! I can control it!!! Look!!!" At that moment, the smoke began to reform into Winston's body. "See!? I'm alright!!" The kids panicked. "He's a monster!!" "Run away!!" "He's a devil boy!!!" Even Delilah was running and screaming. Winston didn't know what to do. Eventually, as the kids ran up the street, they ran into their parents. They grabbed their parents legs and cried. The parents kneeled down and asked their kids what was wrong. They were so frightened they could barely speak a cherent sentence...except for Clarence. He pointed at Winston and said in between sobs; "He ate the Devil Fruit!" Mothers gasped and their faces turned white. Fathers yelled and turned crimson. "HE'S CURSED!!!" A woman shouted. "A BLIGHT!!! A DEVIL'S CHILD!!!" shouted an angry father raising his pitchfork in the air. "HANG HIM!! HANG HIM BEFORE HE CURSES US TOO!!!" shouted Delilah's parents. "A MONSTER!!! A MONSTER IN OUR OWN CITY!!! BURN HIM AT THE STAKE!!!" shouted one boy's father who happened to be the mayor. Winston stood there, silent. As people hurled insults, curses, and even stones at him, he simply stood there. Eventually, he started to cry. He then did what any young boy would have done and ran back home. Crying, and shielding himself from their stones and curses. Chapter One End _________________ When the world looks up and shouts "Save us!", I will whisper, "No".

| ((RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWW, double post!!!)) CHAPTER TWO Taking Flight Winston sat in hs room, on his bed, crying. He could hear his parents arguing downstairs with the angry families. His father was yelling at the mayor and his wife. "HE'S CURSED!! WE HAVE TO BURN HIM!!!" The mayor yelled. "Not on my watch! You're not burning anyone until I find out whether or not he's really cursed!" He slammed the door shut in the citizens faces and locked it. He walked over to his chair, sat down, and lit a cigar. Winston's father, Victor, was a famous merchant. His enterprise had spread far across the seas and made him one of the wealthiest men in the world. He leaned back in his chir and blew a ring of smoke at the ceiling. "Winston!" he shouted. "Come down here!" Winston ran down the stairs and into the den where his parents were. His father had the same emotionless expression on his face whenever he smoked a cigar. Victor had long blonde hair that was slicked back and tied into ponytail that fell between his shoulder blades. He never smiled and had a very distinct jaw. The way his chin protruded made him seem like a powerful man. His mother, Denise, was knitting in her usual spot by the fire. Denise had thin pursed lips and dark red hair that was always in a bun. Her face was pale and tight, itlooked as though someone had stretched her skin over her skull. Like her husband, she too, never smiled. Victor leaned in close to Winston. "Now son, who made you eat Devil Fruit?" His expression was threatening. Winston figured that his father already knew just by looking at him. "It was Clarence, sir, he told me if I ate it, I could be in his gang." "Rubbish!" His mother chimed in. His father glared at him. "That Clarence is a bad influence. He is a digusting boy who was raised by filthy parents. You shouldn't have let him tell you what to do." Winston lowered his head, ashamed. His father sat back in his chair. "Well, what's done is done. Promise me you won't do it again, and I'll convince the mayor to let you live. Now go and brush your teeth, then head to bed." Winston did as he was told. Winston could not sleep. He kept thinking about what would happen to him if his father couldn't convince the mayor to let him go. Would he be hung? Would he be burned? Would they tie him to a boulder and throw him in a lake? As he thought about this, smoke streamed out of his ears. He was afraid. Even if they did spare him, he would be treated as an outcast forever. Everyone would shun him, even...Delilah. Winston cried. He did not want to be burned. He did not want to be shunned either. What was he going to do? Winston continued to cry until his tears dried up and he fell asleep, hoping that when he wakes up, this all would have been just a dream. CRASH!!! Winston awoke with a start when he heard a windo shatter. He got out of bed and opened his door. He was bombarded instantly by intense heat and thick dark smoke. Outside his room, the walls were bathed in a flickering orange light. He heard flames crackling, his parents screaming, and the citizens shouting as they chopped his parents up with a heavy axe. One of the citizens shouted; "HE'S UP THERE!!" and loud footsteps began to ascend towards his room. Winston slammed the door shut and ran to his window. His room was on the third story. He was going to have a hard time getting to the ground unharmed. Three of the angry citizens broke through his door and scanned the room for the devil boy. One of them pointed by the open window and they stomped over to it. One man looked out the window while the other two scoured the room for Winston. When all three of them had their backs turned, Winston crawled out from under his bed and ran for the door. A whoosh of air flew past Winston's head, as a hatchet buried itself in the wall. The men shouted and began to approach Winston. He panicked and shouted; "LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!" and shot two funnel clouds of smoke from his arms. The smoke hit the citizens repelled them backwards. Winston was astonished by what he could do and attempted to reshape the clouds. He combined the two clouds together and scooped up the men and pushed them out his window where they fell to their deaths. Winston turned around and ran down the stairs, only to be stopped by the city guard. Winston screamed and ran back up into his room. The guards chased him, weapons drawn. Winston ran to his window and looked around for an alternate means of escape. There was none besides the window. Winston didn't know what to do....until he remembered something. He had turned his body into smoke, so it was only logical that he could fly by this same method. The guards ran into Winston's room, shouted bloody murder and attacked. At that moment, Winston leapt out of his third story window and disintegrated into a cloud of black smoke. The smoke flew up and ovr the rooftops, weaving through chimneys and alleyways, dodging flaming arrows from the guards and townspeople. Winston eventually flew up, and out of the city, off into the distance. Alll eyes were on the smoke cloud, but one person's eyes were not filled with hatred like the other's, but sorrow and envy. That person, was a little girl named Delilah. Chapter Two End. _________________ When the world looks up and shouts "Save us!", I will whisper, "No".
