It's pretty easy:

1) Go to www.conquerclub.com
2) Register an account for free
3) On the left hand side of the screen, you will see "Game Menu"
4) Click on "Game Finder"
5) Search for game #2449321
6) Join it. It's a private game. Luckily, you know the password: wookie
7) It begins

EDIT: Dammit, I accidentally dropped the game... Everyone can rejoin #2449321. Same password.
