From what I know we have Kahou and Porgon working on their sprites, Loofa's comp was on the frtiz last I heard..and I'm not sure who else is spriting...

Can we wait until we have the game mechanics perfectly figured out before we go into too much detail on the sprites? I just don't want people drawing 4 desperation attacks if there is only going to be 2 per character or something like that.

Would you care to read and give some gidelines about how the final gameplay system should be?

(if you are not sure about this, ask some advice to JD, me, or any other guy that has experience with fighting games, but then again, this is all your call)

Well, I suggest figuring out what type of system we are going to use, then focus on the basic essentials of programming (i.e. menus, text, etc.)

If you can, use the basic Kaiser template for the gameplay structuring or whatever. The programming is the most important part, we can worry about the sprites when we have the basics down.
