I did a small mockup in photoshop as to what I would like the finihsed product to look like, anyone like the menu?

CP= Command points that recharge over time, so that you don't spam them.

DP=Desperation points that charge as you deal damge and take damage.

New background with shorter grass and mountains and new HUD.

I'm all for the standard boring yellow bar of hp.

Edit - Basically I'm saying that I'm not a fan of that menu system.

I think it's a little big for the size of the sprites, but meh. It looks cool.

Whoa! I'm not gonna be spriting backgrounds, we pretty much agreed they are just gonna be done using Photoshop.

and It's plain because I want it like a plain field, sorta like battlefield from SSBB.

I might put some mountains and birds in the background too.

Kahou....have you every worked with sprites...? It takes a hell of a lot of work. i used to do sprite animations and well, before I figured out tweening, I used stop motion sort of sprites...and to be honest they took ages.

Still, I would prefer it if he kept the spriting to the characters.

I redid the hud and added some more to the image, anyone like the new HUD?

Note- The image host makes it low quality, the picture looks a bit more clean without it.
