Hmm..we could have an odd number of people. It may be a bit more work for everyone, but it would make the game just that much deeper and more enjoyable imo.

It depends, if people don't mind some 'cloning' (Roy & Marth from SSBM for example) it would cut down on some of the effort. I think the programming is what is going to take the longest. I will say that I think we are pretty much at the character limit and probably not everyone will be able to have their characters exactly how they want them but we haven't really looked at what we can realistically do yet.

I'm happy with the list of characters we have, so I will keep it this way. I have decided to make Devourer and Faceless boss characters.
(There is one more thing. We might delete a character, but I'll handle that when the time comes.)

Do I hear any ojections?

You bring up a good point Gilgamesh, I'm thinking each character is going to have 8 moves:
LP, LK, HP, HK, Throw, Special Punch, Special Kick, Desperation


If we can make like the first four basically the same for most characters, I think that our lives will be easier.

Yes and while many characters may look very different they might share the 'same' moves. Meaning that punch for character A works exactly like punch for character B yet they look different. Just their timing, reach, and damage are the same. It'll take a lot of co-operation between the spriting department and the coding department when it comes to movesets.

Edit - I'll just put in that I agree that Faceless has final say on all matters.
