| I feel like I made a post like this once before, but search yielded nothing.
I started playing with RPGMaker XV about the same time I started reading DD, (Thanks John Solomon! Your rant about how DD blows showed me a great new comic!) and it came to me that this world would be a wonderful one to set a game in. I have shelves full of D&D books, and could probably create decently balanced character classes, but in the course of Roleplaying has any of this been done? Does a firm world map exist? Would anyone else be interested in a project like this?
BTW, I am only midway through 2006 reading the comic, I am taking my time to savor the goodness. Please, please no spoilers. |

| I'm pretty sure there's no official world map although I did hear about some people wanting to make one before... _________________ You're about to die. Scream if you must. |

| | I don't know if anyone is still interested in this idea, but I'd love to try and make it work. A D&D game in the Dominic Deegan universe would be pretty damn great. One thing that should be addressed before anyone gets started is what system of D&D would we be using? |

| (raises hand) I'm in. I am so in, it's not funny.
3.5 has more options as of now, but 4.0 I think is easier to pick up, but that's just my view. _________________

| As long as Bastian Lionhart can be in it, then I suppose I'm in too. _________________ "Crazy? No, I'm sane. God am I sane."

We aren't talking about Dungeons & Dragons. RPGMaker is a 32bit progamming interface for writing RPGs like Final Fantasy 4 and earlier. _________________ "For every action, there is an equal and opposite government program." ~ Unknown CC H.M. (#31) CC Winner (#40) CC Winner (#42) |
