| Just saying. I refuse to vote for anyone who's never had active military service. That's my one major point. I can be talked around on more or less any other point of ideology.

| I don't like McCain...just something about him seems Bush-y, you know? I know he would be better with miliyary dicisions cause he actually, you know, served. I just like Obama a bit better because he just has something about him. And his ideas are very good, universal health care ftw...I can't stand hildog.

Universal health care is good and all in theory, but when it comes down to actually paying for it? Not so much.
My reasons for voting McCain are simple: He's a Republican and they tend to spend more cash on the Service. Some of it ends up in my pockets.

And yet us Canadians manage it just fine. A bit on taxes don't hurt if you have someone compitant going through the books, cutting stupid taxes and what not. I know you will get more with McCain for the military, but I think educations and health care are just as important as the Military my friend.

But yet bush, who dodged military service has run the country and been voted in twice. John Kerry had actual military service and lost. While I like the idea behind your logic, it is ultimatly flawed. A for effort however, I like it, just doesn't dictate how other people SHOULD vote.

| I'm not starting an argument. I agree with Phase and Magello, I just think that Health Care and Education are just as important as the military. And I agree with the idea that the one running the nation should be someone with some experiance in the military and life and abroad but that doesn't seem to cross peoples mind when they vote.

| My vote's going to Obama. McCain seems like a stand up guy, but he pretty much falls in line with a party whose actions I respectfully disagree with almost as a general rule.
