It's hilarious watching this one afterward: http://youtube.com/watch?v=3gwqEneBKUs
| Spoiler: | | | | John McCain wrote: | Was the war a good idea, worth the price in blood and treasure? It was a good idea President Bush talked about our staying in Iraq for 50 years Maybe a hundred, that's fine with me I don't think Americans are concerned if we're there for a hundred years, or a thousand years, or ten thousand years. |

That is one of the many reasons I would never vote for McCain. |
Wait..did he...just copy Obama? o_O... oh nvm... i watched the rest...lmao... _________________

| Just saying. I refuse to vote for anyone who's never had active military service. That's my one major point. I can be talked around on more or less any other point of ideology. _________________

| No worries, Magello. I respectfully disagree.
Marsco: I love the parts where all the singers start panicking and run off the video. |

| I don't like McCain...just something about him seems Bush-y, you know? I know he would be better with miliyary dicisions cause he actually, you know, served. I just like Obama a bit better because he just has something about him. And his ideas are very good, universal health care ftw...I can't stand hildog. _________________ "The only way to settle this dispute between two gods is with a pie-eating contest!!!" - Elan

Universal health care is good and all in theory, but when it comes down to actually paying for it? Not so much.
My reasons for voting McCain are simple: He's a Republican and they tend to spend more cash on the Service. Some of it ends up in my pockets. _________________

And yet us Canadians manage it just fine. A bit on taxes don't hurt if you have someone compitant going through the books, cutting stupid taxes and what not. I know you will get more with McCain for the military, but I think educations and health care are just as important as the Military my friend. _________________ "The only way to settle this dispute between two gods is with a pie-eating contest!!!" - Elan

| My logic:
The President is the Commander in Chief of the armed forces
I don't want someone who's never had sugar to be in charge of Candyland... _________________ The solution to every armored column is a well-placed railgun

But yet bush, who dodged military service has run the country and been voted in twice. John Kerry had actual military service and lost. While I like the idea behind your logic, it is ultimatly flawed. A for effort however, I like it, just doesn't dictate how other people SHOULD vote. _________________ "The only way to settle this dispute between two gods is with a pie-eating contest!!!" - Elan

| I'm not starting an argument. I agree with Phase and Magello, I just think that Health Care and Education are just as important as the military. And I agree with the idea that the one running the nation should be someone with some experiance in the military and life and abroad but that doesn't seem to cross peoples mind when they vote. _________________ "The only way to settle this dispute between two gods is with a pie-eating contest!!!" - Elan

| My vote's going to Obama. McCain seems like a stand up guy, but he pretty much falls in line with a party whose actions I respectfully disagree with almost as a general rule. _________________
