| Okay, as some of you might have noticed in the "100,000" thread, We have decided to make something of an award show to conmemorate the forumīs anniversary and 100,000 posts archievement, everything right now is in an preliminar state so this thread is manly to sort how the "show" should be handled.
First off, we need to name a number of categories for the awards, i think 20 - 25 categories would be a fair number, also, these are some ideas for awards, none of them are final, and they can be changed for others that sound better for the rest of the forum:
1- Sexiest forumite
2- Manliest member
3- Most perverted forumite
4- Biggest fan of the comic
5- Best RP player.
6- Forum Napoleon (Most ambitious forumite, biggest dreamer.)
7- Most valuable Player (Best contribution to the forum)
8- Master of teh funny
9- Best chatboxer
10- Best overall Profile (this means avatar, rank and sig combined)
11- Best forum Actor (This meaning about someone that has assumed a certain role and has done so amusingly Ex: Thalros as a dwarf, maulkin as a diapefur, etc.)
12- Best ongoing forum rivalry.
13- Artist of the year (original drawings, not slays)
14- Strip slayer supreme
15- Caption contest Champion
16- Most sarcastic poster.
17- Most eloquent forumite (A.K.A grammar nazi of the year :P)
18- Best ongoing joke/gag/meme
19- "Whore" of the year (this goes for those that have out-archieved themselves in his posts, like tatīs macro-whoring, or facelessīs spam, and also an obvious one with me  )
20- Best Mod.
21- Most insane
22- Sentence slayer master (A.K.A. Grammar anarchist of the year XD)
23- Most  face : (see the awesome face thread for more info about it)
24- Most Sexually Ambiguous Forumite
I Also think some about the comic would be nice at this point:
1- Best character
2- Best arc so far
3- Best ongoing joke
4- Biggest surprise in the plot
5- Biggest dissapointment
6- Most hated Character
Next, we should have a review panel of 3 - 5 persons that would decide which members are best suited to enter each category, i have chosen the 6 reviewers, its still not final, so if anyone has a strong objection for one of them or want to change one you can PM about it.
This is the list of the Reviewers:
- Drache
- Jackīs Spirit
- R1nn (Totally confirmed )
- Marsco
- Dragonfly
- Maulkin
Lastly, There will be two hosts/MCs to announce the awards:
- Kairiki.
- BladedFalcon.
This whole week will be dedicated to recieve input for the show, next sunday, the reviewers will start picking their choices for each category, and the next week, the candidates will be showed up so you can vote for them in a lapse of two weeks, the main ceremony of the awards would be the next week, with anouncement of 5 winners per day, in short, the schedule would be like this:
APR 21 - 27 : Show feedback
APR 28 - MAY 11 : candidate picking
MAY 11 - 25 : Voting
MAY 25 - JUN 1 : Award Ceremony
I want this to be a celebration for the forum made also for the forumites, so please, any suggestions, doubts or complaints please address them here.

I did thought about these ones, but since there are only 6 mods and 3 of them have very limited roles, i think it would be a bit of a narrow constest, also, judge about what?

| By the way, in the attempt for fairness, I think there should be gimee rewards.

| Maybe there should be a limit to how many awards one person can get? It wouldn't be fun to have like, 5 people taking all the glory...

No, the fun thing lies in being a surprise mostly, so, no.
And, MFh, i agree with this, but since the awards would be anonymous, this could be a bit tricky to handle, here is where the reviewers would help filther contestants in a way everybody gets a chance to win.

| Although an Award could be for someone who does the best face in a picture. Balph would be winning so far haha, but we can all give it a try.
