I could stay there, and after a month, I'd be totally different physically, WAY thicker and stronger, but I don't want to make Fritz cry!

On a more serious note, I like my thin, lithe, flexible body over a big brutish one like my brother's. Sure, he can beat me up, but I can dodge him easily and out-run him without trouble.
Not to mention, if my fingers get fat and muscular, typing is harder, and mine are just right for it.

Why don't you discuss with your boss how the supervisor is behaving? He might not be aware of it, and in any case the superviser has no right to be abusive.

On the other hand, I'd be surprised if the superviser had been working there for quite a long time and the boss wasn't aware of how he treated staff...

It's worth a try to tell the boss before you quit though, huh? Things might change. But if you don't like the job, just quit and tell the boss then. It depends on if the job is worth sticking out once the superviser (possibly, although his personality doesn't make it seem likley) changes his "work methods".

Either way, like you said, it's worth it if you make a difference.

Men with overly muscular frames scare me too. Not to mention the fact when you try to see the majority of them run they're actually weighed down by the sheer amount of muscle. Stay lithe and lanky for the forum! For the forum!

I may be skinny, but I can still lift six acres worth of small hay bails onto a trailer.

I built my muscle by fighting. I've actually not done much physical labor in my life. Enough that I'm not a stranger to it, but not enough that I built muscle from it.

Because of that, I've actually gained a lot of weight over the past two years, since I stopped fighting.
