NAME: r1nn (Although I'm thinking Rinn would be a better idea; easier for the gameplayer's eyes, haha.)

DESCRIPTION: lookie here!

it's not colored, so I'll give you an outlook on what colors to use:

hair - dark auburn.
eyes - emerald.
glasses - black frame.
pants - faded blue denim. Not light or dark blue, just...blue-ish.
tanktop - gray will work just fine.
ninja band - black ftw.

I don't know if you can fit this in, but r1nn/Rinn also has freckles. it's also based off the irl me, so if you need to see more pictures just check the dreaded picture thread.

CONCEPT: Strong desperation moves, weak throw, average attacks and mildly strong defense. Balanced character, Neutral Good.

BACKSTORY: Rinn's playing DDR, completing a full combo on the last stage of the game. But, suddenly, the DDR machine stops working, and all the electricity goes out. Rinn is pissed.

She goes to the forums, and realizes that some of the members are acting a bit...strange, in fact, not really like themselves at all. People that weren't usually flaming others were, and people that were normally civilized with others were not. Something was up and Rinn was going to find out what it was. She needed to bring peace to the forums, somehow...and she was going to get her damn DDR game back, too.

BASIC ATTACKS:
Light Punch: Regular punch.
Light Kick: Regular kick.
Heavy Punch: Throws four DDR arrows at the enemy (like shurikens :D).
Heavy Kick: Lightning kick (basically what Street Fighters had with Chun Li.)
Jump Attack: Um, basic jump kick?

COMMAND ATTACKS:
I'm saying none here, since it seems that my character has plenty of attacks as is.

BASIC THROWS: Grabbing the enemy's forearm and throwing him/her to the wall. Doesn't go very far since my throw is extremely weak.

SPECIAL ATTACKS:

Ninja Attack: appears from above the enemy in a random area and tackles them.

Flee: Runs off the stage after no further threats from enemy, and accidentally bumps into the enemy from the other side of the screen.

Pump The Music: A boombox suddenly appears, then starts playing loud music. (The idea of how this would appear was a boombox being placed near the enemy, while big music notes circle him/her.) This critically slows down the enemy's speed for a short period of time (fifteen seconds).

Ninja Invisibility: Rinn is able to stay invisible for a small period of time, giving her an advantage over the attack (lasts 15 seconds).

DESPERATION MOVES

DDR Stomp: A large token appears in front of Rinn, and Rinn kicks it at the enemy, knocking it down temporarily. Then Rinn dances on an arcade machine (with DDR-ish music in the background, not picky about music) and suddenly, while the enemy is frozen, a flash of DDR arrows come down on him/her. Hitting the up, down, left, and right arrows in full sequence does massive damage to the enemy while it's struck down.

Drop The Bomb: Rinn puts her fist up in the air and says "Drop The Bomb!" A smackload of bombs then drop ontop of the enemy. This deals more damage than DDR Stomp, although the enemy is able to try and dodge the bombs that fall down.

VICTORY QUOTES:

"r1nn for the w1nn!"
"Heh, this is fun! Wanna take another shot?"
"Nothing's going to stop me."

LOSING QUOTES:

"...I'm so out of it..."
"I can't give up yet!"
"I am so full of fail right now."

CHARACTER'S STAGE: An arcade area with DDR machines and various other music games (beatmania and Pop'n'Music in the background) in the background.

"Rival": Drache. The best of friends and the only two moderators that can try and get rid of the Devourer.

Heh, we now have our obligitory ninja character! And a female ninja to boot! Looks like an interesting character, but I would have figured an interesting move would have been DDR Arrow projectiles.

DDR stomp seems like it would be a desperation move instead of a special, replacing Flee.

Flee is just... I have no words for it. In a fighting g a m e, the goal is fight and win. =__=

The Jump attack seems like good material for a Special Attack.

Otherwise, seems fine.

You could always make Flee a special move where your character runs off screen then shows up on the other side too attack from behind.

The DDR stomp would be cool like this.

r1nn throws a large quarter at them, kncks them over, and starts dancing, arrows start falling, knocking him around the screen, but only if you time the arrow presses just right.

Like, you press the arrow, AS it connects with the hapless victim.

He will fly from one arrow to another arrow to another, but if you miss the timing the move fails. It should do MASSIVE damage if all of the arrows connect.

Would be a fun move.

You could also just dance on him and DDR arrows will cascade down for a nice effect.

With a few notches, I think this idea would work.

I'd rather be kicking the large quarter than throwing it--I don't have super massive strength and that wouldn't be ninja-enough.

I like the touch-arrow-for-damage idea, but only if the arrows are attacking him directly and he stays on the ground. The flying-around-the-screen idea seems a bit silly.

Dancing on him sounds too silly, too, but the arrow combo-idea is sweeet. I'll add it to the DDR Stomp description.

i am liking the way this character is going, but, i think it need s a bit more special attacks and maybe one more desperation move, otherwise the idea behind it its amusing

Yeah, I'll have to think up some more moves. I'm out of ideas at the moment though, so any suggestions are appreciated. Maybe I should make s'more ninja moves...
