Marsco's Character

NAME: Rieley Wylwenn
DESCRIPTION: Middle aged man, in about his mid 40's, tallish and slender, he wears light armor, sorta something like this

sans the helm tho. He has brown hair down to his shoulders and wields a lance.
CONCEPT: Hes a slowish medium hitter with a longer range than most.
Allignment: Chaotic Good.
BACKSTORY?: Rieley Wylwenn was the head commander of the Dragoon Knights to King Dirrayll of Gabarian when the Devourer descended upon the land. His kingdom was the first to fall, giving the Devourer much needed strength. Rieley having barely survived the battle, swore revenge and set out to defeat it and any who stand in his way.
BASIC ATTACKS:
Light Punch: Strike with the blunt end of the lance
Light Kick: Kick to the opponents side
Heavy Punch: Thrust with the lance
Heavy Kick: thrust kick

Jump Punch: Downward thrust with the lance
Jump Kick: regular old jumping kick
Crouch Punch: Leg sweep with lance
Crouch Kick: Leg sweep with... leg?

COMMAND ATTACKS:
-> Punch: downward swing with lance followed by a thrust
-> kick: Plants lance into ground, holding onto it and kicking opponent with both legs.

BASIC THROWS: Punch throw: Skewers opponent and tosses them over shoulder.

SPECIAL ATTACKS: Jump: jumps off the top of the screen, coming back down in a downward thrust.
Javelin toss: Tosses lance at the opponent like a javelin.
Rage of the lost: Enters a rage mode, increasing attack significantly but greatly lowering defense.

DESPERATION MOVES:
Summon Dragon: Calls forth a dragon which does a flame breath attack to the opponent.
Meteor Driver: Leaps into the air off the screen. Lance comes flying down, impaling the enemy with Rieley following it, kicking the lance further before pulling it out.
Gabarian Pride: Rushes to opponent, tossing them up and doing a quick air combo before tossing them to the ground and landing on them with a downward thrust.

Victory Poses and Sayings: Twirls lance, before thrusting it into the ground
"That was for Gabarian."
"I shall have my revenge, no one will stop me."
Defeat
"What?! No...I...cannot lose now.."

Rival: Bladedfalcon. He is the one who trained Bladed before he became the mercenary he is today. His choice to become a mercenary led to a falling out of the two of them.

(Noxy failed to take the slot I gave her and Faceless said I may retake it and make a new character)

Stage: The burning ruins of his hometown, with the castle on fire in the background.

Hmm, nobel knight out for revenge, give him a headband and a gi and we have our karate guy out for revenge. Heh. Anyways if you are still thinking of diting your character(as you said you may in the chat box)I'm sure the fourm would be happy to help.

Hmmm... The stage seems very elaborate. The fire could be done, but the dragons may be a bit much. a single dragon in the ruins roaring may be more doable/easy on the bg designers/coders.

Also as for music...I'm listening to each and Eternal Clash sounds like the best of the three so far. It just has that grat pwerful feeling. And i can clearly picture the burning ruins, the death and destruction of a proud kingdom of the dragon with this music. There may be slight issues with the looping if a match were to last more than 4 minutes, but cross that bridge when we come to it.

As for your character it is looking very good though may I suggest a weapon change to set you out from Dragoniangirl mayhaps? Below I'll list all the weapons used by characters. You have something good going here, just a bit of changes to the weapons could make it great.

I just realised there are A LOT of people who use weapons in some way shape or fourm. Could just make your guy hand to hand. Could use a hammer or some kind of bludgon, whips, daggers, and iron fists have not been used yet. Any more help, just ask^^.

Good point... hrmm... well changing the weapon would really change the fighting style.. i think i'ma try postin my other char and let the best one of the two be the one.

Ah, i looked at all the characters and yours seemed to attack with paws and stuff more than the animals, sorry maul.
