NAME:Ark
DESCRIPTION:Blond messy hair, blueish eyes and wearing a green t-shirt with black long sleved shirt under it, and jeans . running shoes or sneakers would be prefered footwear.

CONCEPT: A balanced character in terms of power. A very fun character with a mix of silly and serious specials.
Alignment: Chaotic Good.
BACKSTORY: The World had been in an bad way lately. Something seemed to be making people hostile towards their neighbors and friends, and whispers of a being called the Devourer were everywhere. Ark of couse could care less. These were just rumors and whispers, and people were generally insane and foolish. Ark dimissed the rumors of a cult of followers growing to summon the Devourer into this world.
That was until he was attacked by a rabbid legion of the followers. They were easily dispatched, and after questioning one of them found out the rumors were all true. This creature was pulling people under it's power so it could use them to free itself. Ark had no idea how many were tainted by it's vile words but he didn't care. He needed to knock some sense into all those fighting and show them the real threat, even if he literaly had to knock the sense into them.
BASIC ATTACKS:
Standard Moves
Light Punch: Quick punch, basic, nothing fancy.
Light Kick: Quick kick that can be combo'd.
Heavy Punch: A slower(but not too much) punch that has a purplish aura around it, or a kind of shadow, has more knock back.
Heavy Kick: A stronger kick with more knock back, slower then light but not by much and has a purple aura or shadow around it.
Jump moves
Light Punch: Quick basic punch
Light Kick:Downward kick(like Falcon kick), No purple aura or shadow
Heavy Punch:Diving tackle
Heavy Kick:Diving kick(falcon kick) with purple aura or shadow
Crouching moves
Light Punch: light, quick tap
Light Kick:basic crouch kick
Heavy Punch:Upper cut with Shadow or aura around it
Heavy Kick:Sliding kick with shadow or aura around it.
BLOCK:
Just your basic fighter game block, nothing special and/or fancy.
COMMAND ATTACKS:
Since I'm still confused about this I'm thinking rising punches that go up and to the direction he is facing, and a slide kick that goes in the direction he is facing. Simple stuff.
BASIC THROWS:
-Shadow Grab, Sends a pool of shadow out like a projectile, only it stays on the ground. If this projectile hits the foe a shadowy arm pops up from the ground, pulls them under and shoots them back in the air.

SPECIAL ATTACKS:
-Nightmare Barrage: A rapid barrage of punches with the shadowy aura, followed by a final powerful punch that knocks the for back.(think like 20+ combo)
-Boink: An homage to TF2. Takes out an Aluminium bat and smashes the target over the head a few times, with text bubbles popping up with Ark saying "Boink" and "Bonk", finishes with a heavy home-run smash that knocks the target back.
-Nightfall: A powerful hit into the air, jumps up and does a rapid combo of kicks before slamming the foe to the ground with a single kick with the shadowy aura.
-Naked Time: Hits the foe with a punch that hits so hard it knocks their cloths off, replacing it with a cloud(to cover naughty bits) which stuns them in embarasment for a few seconds.
-OR
-The Glare: A short ranged attack, a little star shape thing(or heart, or whatever the programers want to use) goes from him to the target, if it connects it stuns them for a few seconds.
DESPERATION MOVES:
-Drill kick: A kick that has enough swirling shadow energy around it to cover Ark totally. Hits the target and drills into them hitting for a large combo before launching them back the way Ark came(if he goes left to right, the target would be knocked to the left side of the stage)
-Shade Crush: A giant shadowy puddle much in the idea of the grab above is sent out like a projective. If this connects with a foe, a gaint shadowy hand comes up, crushes the foe a few times before throwing them towards the nearest wall. A shadow version of the master hand would work.
-Sexy Time: Think sexy Jutsu from Naruto. Virtually a cloud of smoke, it clears to have my character naked with only a cloud covering his naughty bits. Then proceeds to knock character back doing a considerable amount of damage. This is a Melee attack so Ark would have to be right next to the foe to knock them back. Has a chance to back fire on certain characters, causing Ark to be glomped and both characters taking damage.
Stage:I'm thinking either a city street in the rain or a forest in the rain. Just something in the bloody rain! OH! Or Snow! Some kind of weather feature like that would be sooooo cool!
Stage Music: Thinking something along the lines of...maybe... this!
Victory Pose: Two shadow versions of himself appear and all three strike differnt poses.

Rival: Dragoniangirl, It is really hard to attract women when constantly being put in dresses, frilly things, and bows...
This movie has a lot of my moves, just as examples and what not.
Now these are all still just ideas and nothing is final yet, but feed back on these would be wonderful.

It is Kairiki...All Legened of Zelda games are my favorites! And the floor masters in wind waker were some of the coolest foes i've seen in awhile! Heh, LoZ:OoT inspried me to start my fantasy writing ^^ |
