Basically, I would like to have people moderate the various categories. For those who are interested, submit a resume (ie, what prior moderator experience you've had plus a website to confirm this) and tell me what you want to moderate.

Here are the positions:

-Professor of Rules and Regulations
-Professor of Comic Discussion
-Professor of Chit Chat

Edit: You should also list skills like photoshop, databasing, programming, etcetera.

Further edit: You should be able to get on at least once a day, barring unforseen circumstances.

I'm not a huge fan of having power, but you're a cool guy and I'd like to help you out.

I've been hanging out on message boards for 6 years now, so I know the drill. I moderated The Sacred Realm online community before it went down a year and a half ago. After that, I started up my own community, Twilight of Heroes, where the people from that board could hang out. It's been a great success, and we're celebrating our 1 year anniversary on April 8th.

As you already know, I have some halfway decent image editing skills. I'm also something of a slick hand with XHTML and CSS if I do say so myself. Not perfect, but I'm decent. I have 2 or 3 years experience operating an Apache server. I won't say I can make it do anything I want, but I keep it running. Same could be said of my database skills. (Though to be perfectly honest, I'd rather not play with a database if at all possible.)

My programing skills are, unfortunately, not of the web variety. I can read PHP alright, but I can't code it yet. I just haven't made the time to really learn yet.

In general, I know my way around computers, and the internet. (As mentioned before, I'm a CS major) I'm also a damn good writer, if I do say so myself.

In addition to all of that, I'm here more than anybody else.

If you want me, give me whatever position you think will be hardest to fill. My preference is chit chat, but I'll take anything.

Chitchat it is ^.^

Remember, though, this is the "melting pot" of the forum. Whereas pretty much everyone on this forum is a DD fan and will probably not flame each other for different views on the comment, it is quite likely that political/religious/philosophical difference will arise in the ChitChat area.

Edit: There you go, new title and all. Check and see what you can and cannot moderate.

Yeah, that's exactly why chit chat is my preference. =P

EDIT: I'll take a stab at cleaning up the "moderator" and "administrator" images.

I used to be the admin of the site we had for our Oblivion Folder Urban Dead group. (The forum is right here if you're curious. :D)

Also, I am currently the Webmaster of the forum for Gamers on Campus, a gaming group based in UT Arlington.

Hey, I see you've still got an opening, and I'd be interested.

I've had a bit of moderator experience on this site and this one, though I've left both places. I'm currently an admin here.

As for other skills, I'm pretty good in PhotoShop though I rarely have access.

I'm not too certain how often I'd be able to be online, and I'm not sure if that would be a problem.
