I'm going to be purchasing a digital voice recorder (which is about $100 bucks) and interviewing Mookie at Otakon. I'd like this thread to be a source for formite questions.
BY POSTING YOUR QUESTIONS, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.
1. I have the right to omit your question, or part of your question, from the interview for any reason.
2. If you post something he's answered in another interview (I'll try and find the links later), I will not ask your question.
3. Mookie doesn't have all day for this sort of thing so I will probably have to limit the number of questions. What the total number will be, I do not know yet. About 25-30 is probably the highest I could go without causing the poor guy to run in terror. If anyone has a good idea of exactly what that number would be, let me know.
4. Questions will not be judged in the order received, but rather the quality of the question.
5. Please limit your number of questions to five per person. I don't want to sort through too many of these.
6. August 1st is the last day I will accept questions from formites. I'm giving you guys a lot of time to think this over. I'm really going to need that week or so to work on costumes in addition to get this ready.
I will of coarse add my own questions, but I don't know if I will post them. I might try to post a final list of interview questions if I get around to it on August second or so. I'll figure out hosting the sound file later.

| 1) Concerning merchandise: Do you have any new T-Shirt ideas planned? Is a new volume of Dominic Deegan in the works?
2) Do you follow any other webcomics regularly? What stories have you been following with interest lately?
3) Do you have any plans to set up an official forum down the road? If connecting with your fans through newsposts, e-mail, and conventions is what you prefer, that's fine; it just seems odd to fracture your fanbase into three separate forums. |

Oh, and I wouldn't be totally against an official forum. It wouldn't be like we'd all have to go there while the mysterious powers above closed down the other forums, it would just be a forum in existence that was condoned by the creator and where Mookie had a strong presence.
And it would make all the rest badass unofficial forums. 
Question: Would Mookie be able to give us a description of what the mindscape actually is, and how it operates, as well as how it effects the individual? We've seen lost of things there, from existing inside the person to outside the person (virus, attack of a demon during WiH) and it would be nice just to get a brief summary of what the mindscape is.

I agree with this, i like this forum as it is, no more no less, there are not a whole lot of people but its far more enjoyable this way IMO. i cant say for sure until things happen, but if the forums merged together i would probably leave, The crazynes and chaos this place has is sacred and should not be tainted

| The question I want to ask him is when is he going to start being a more regualr visitor on the forums we have. It would be great to actually talk to Mookie on a forum dedicated to his comic.
Then again it really is our doing and not his.

| Y'know, it'd be cool if I could participate in the interview, too, since I'm planning to go to Otakon. And then Mookie will actually know me and I'll be FAMOUS! :D ...Well, not really, but a nice thought.
I also have a little camera that can make videos, but it takes up a lot of memory on my camera so I don't know how much I could take of the interview.
Hmm, now on the topic, of asking Mookie questions:
1. Are there other characters you draw (or doodle in your spare time) that are not related to your comic?
And...
2. When you draw your characters, do you often have to get references or do you just draw what comes to mind?
